We provide the tractor — you bring your CDL and your work ethic. We run a dedicated Google account through Landstar and we're looking for serious drivers ready to run consistent miles.
What You Need to Qualify
You don't need a truck — we provide the tractor. All you need is your CDL-A and a clean record. Here's what Landstar requires of every driver who runs under our authority.
A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License is required.
Minimum one year of verifiable over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience within the past three years.
A Hazmat endorsement is required. Drivers without one may still qualify by completing the Hazmat fingerprint application process.
Landstar requires all drivers to be at least 23 years of age to operate under their authority.
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years. No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving convictions.
Must pass a current DOT physical examination and pre-employment drug screen.
The Application Process

As our driver, you'll need to qualify under Landstar's requirements — CDL-A, clean MVR, DOT physical, and drug screen. Ruben handles the Landstar side as the carrier.
Once qualified, we get you onboarded and assigned to the Google dedicated account. The truck is ready — you just show up and drive.
Hit the road on dedicated lanes with guaranteed miles — 2,500 solo or 4,500 team — on a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off schedule.
